Prosecutors Hilary LaBorde and Robert Moody revealed to the jury that five women were reported to have been sexually assaulted by Elliot; the fifth woman is not scheduled to testify. On January 16, 2014, the jury demanded Elliot for two separate allegations of sexual assault allegedly involving two 18-year-old women on the same night in April 2012. A week later, on January 23, 2014, Elliot was found guilty and sentenced to 20 years in prison with a $ 10,000 fine for each of his two sexual assaults. The jury had found him guilty in less than an hour that day and considered his punishment for two hours. One woman reported an assault on Sunday morning April 3, 2016, according to a Waco police statement.
