A Streamlining Signal Contralateral Signals (CROS) Hearing aids is a type of hearing aid used to treat unilateral hearing loss. It takes sound from the ears with poor hearing and sends to the ears with better hearing.

Most systems are now wireless and behind a specially-made ear or ear-in-the-ear system. This wireless system has replaced the previous large and rather fussy cable unit. Few people find it useful, and conversely, wireless is easier to use and use. There is also a system that is inserted into the glasses. BAHA and transcranial CROS systems use the conductivity of the skull to transmit sound. If hearing loss is in the ear better then a good ear system that combines the function of a regular hearing aid with the help of CROS (BiCROS system) is recommended.
